As mentioned in the last couple of IR updates, Microsoft has determined that the use of networked PST folders within Outlook is causing slow response times for our S drive and profile servers. If you currently have any PST files stored on your S drive, you will be contacted by Helpdesk technician or supervisor to assist in the removal of these files. Alternatively, feel free to call the Helpdesk at 936-294-1950 to setup your appointment.
