On Friday night beginning at 6pm, the Administrative Applications and Systems departments will perform our first major rollout of new ERP functionality. The four major functions that will be added are:
- Luminis mySam portal
- Single Sign-On
- Banner Student Admissions
- Banner Document Management Suite (BDMS)
In order for this to happen, the following services will be unavailable during that time.
- Banner Self Service
- Banner INB
In addition to the ERP system maintenance many of our servers will have patches installed during that time. Brief downtimes can be expected as reboots will be necessary.
The maintenance should be completed and services restored by 11pm on 9/17.
