IT@Sam will be applying several changes to various services on March 15th starting at 5pm. Two outages that you should be aware of are the following:
- Starting at 5pm and concluding about 6pm, updates to the Banner BDMS system will be applied. During this time Banner document imaging will be intermittently unavailable. This outage will have minimal impact to campus.
- Starting at 6pm and concluding about 10pm, there will be intermittent outages for the T drive and S drives. Each outage should last no more than 5 minutes. If you notice an outage lasting longer than one hour, please contact the Service Desk at x4-1950 for additional information and assistance.
