Banner Finance Unavailable 9/14/16

On Wednesday, September 14, beginning at 5:00 p.m. and concluding at 8:00 p.m., Banner Finance (INB Finance and Self Service Finance) will be unavailable for the final round of fiscal year-end roll processing. Normal operations will resume upon completion of these processes. Please remember to sign off and shut down all your Banner Finance sessions before 5:00 p.m. on September 14, 2016.

Banner Finance Unavailable Aug 31, 2016

On Wednesday, August 31, 2016, Banner Finance (INB Finance and Self Service Finance) will be unavailable for 3 hours beginning at 5:00 p.m. to run the first round (of two) Fiscal Year-End roll processes. Normal operations will resume upon completion of these processes. Please remember to sign off and shut down all your Banner Finance Sessions before 5:00 p.m. The second round of Fiscal Year-End roll processes will occur Wednesday, September 14, 2016.

System Maintenance

Telephone System Update
July 11, 9:00pm – July 12, 3:00am

IT@Sam will be upgrading the Telephone System. This will affect all telephones across campus, including but not limited to fire alarms, elevator phones, Lync phone conferencing and voicemail. The expected outage for most phones and services will be about 10-30 minutes each.

Touchnet
July 11, 2:00am – July 11, 6:00am
TouchNet will be performing routine maintenance on the servers in the TouchNet DataCenter from 2:00 am to 6:00 am CT Friday, July 11th, 2014. During this maintenance window TouchNet will be unavailable.

Maplesoft Maple License Update
July 11, 6:00pm – July 11, 8:00pm
Maplesoft Maple license will be upgraded to version 18. Users may experience a brief outage during this time.

Banner ERP – Module Upgrades

We are performing upgrades to several modules in our ERP system listed below. During the upgrade these Banner systems will not be available.

On May 31, 2013, Banner Finance (INB Finance and Self Service Finance) will shut down at 5:00 PM to conduct data processing. We estimate the system will be unavailable for 1 and 1/2 hours. Normal operations will resume upon completion of these processes. Please remember to sign off and shut down all your Banner Finance Sessions before 5:00 PM on May 31, 2013.
